Damian Dziweńka, a student of Adam Porębski, wins the 3rd International Composition Competition SAXandVILLAS 2024!

Composing May Day in Lusławice – Adam Porębski was one of the lecturers of the Master Courses “Composition Scene in Lusławice” as part of the Spring Academy of Music 2024 organized by the Krzysztof Penderecki European Center for Music in Lusławice

As a representative of the Academy of Young Scientists and Artists, Adam Porębski had a lecture at the “Green University in a Green City” conference organized by the Medical University in Wrocław

A post-conference publication has just been published (International Symposium Mikrotöne: Small is beautiful between at the University Mozarteum in Salzburg) with an article by Dr. Katarzyna Bartos entitled “Between freedom and structure in Iluzje by Adam Porębski”

2023

In 2023, as part of the “Flautoforte” project, Agata and Łukasz Długosz and Marek Toporowski recorded a piece by Adam Porębski called Xchange for two flutes and harpsichord or piano.

In November 2023, a recording of Jakub Stefek’s concert was published on YouTube, where he performed, among others: Shire Bet Haknesset – synagogue songs based on melodies by Abraham Lichtenstein for solo organ by Adam Porębski.

During the Inauguration of the Academic Year 2023/2024 of the Wrocław University of Arts, Adam Porębski was awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit.

2022

On December 9, 2022, the Musical Arts Discipline Council of AMKL adopted a resolution on awarding Adam Porębski with the degree of habilitated doctor of art in the field of musical arts.
